- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Renewed a 12 month policy without my consent when I clearly stated I was moving out in 2 months….then tried to charge me a massive cancellation fee when I moved out as stated. The cancellation fee has been passed by the Deeside to a debt collection agency. This matter has now been referred to the Financial Services Ombudsman for review…..
